THIS MONTH’S HIGHLIGHT
Assign roles to your employees per Event

Every employee at your studio has a set of Roles - Photographer, Supervisor, Driver, Assistant. When adding employees to an Event in the “Employees Assigned” section, now you can select a role from the list and you'll see everyone with that Role. Pick the right person and add.
👉 This helps you in two ways - find the right employee with a specific skill while assigning them to the Event, and assign a specific role for that Event. Even if they wear multiple hats at your studio, for this Event they're locked in for that one role. The Role column in the “Employees Assigned” section will reflect exactly that — no confusion on shoot day. 🎯

Task Progress Bar The task table now shows a visual progress bar for every task. See at a glance how many steps are complete, in progress, and remaining.
Archived Events on Account Page On the Account page, head to the Events section and click the dropdown that previously showed Upcoming and Past events - you'll now see Archived Events as a third option. Select it to view all archived events for that account.
Automated Event Status Changes Events now move through statuses automatically based on dates and task completions. Cancelling an event completes all associated tasks and removes it from your calendar.
Change Status from the Slide Drawer Update Event and Task statuses directly from the slide drawer. No need to open the detail page - faster, fewer clicks.
Attachments in Email Templates Add documents or files directly to your email templates. They get sent automatically when the email is triggered.
Bulk Import - Accounts, Contacts & Employees No more adding records one by one. Import all your accounts, contacts, and employees in one go. Head to the main Accounts, Contacts, or Employees tab - click the three dots next to the Add button and select Import.
Due Date Filter for Tasks Filter your task table by due date range.
Validation Feedback Across All Modules Required fields now highlight in red when you try to save without filling them in. Works on Accounts, Events, Tasks, Contacts, and Employees.
BUGS FIXED
Weekly Email Notification Removing Admin Permissions If a user opted in for weekly email notifications, it was accidentally removing their admin permissions. This is now fixed - notifications and permissions work independently.
Address Duplication on Accounts Adding a mailing and physical address to an account was showing a duplicate until you refreshed the page. This is now fixed - addresses save correctly the first time.
Contact Roles Disappearing After Save If you added roles to a contact before saving, they would disappear after save. This is now fixed - roles stick the first time you save.
Start/Due Date Offset on Tasks Without an Event Tasks that were not linked to an event were showing incorrect start and due dates. This is now fixed - dates are accurate regardless of whether a task has an event or not.
