Hi there,
We've been busy this month making ScheduLink work harder for your studio. Forms got smarter, your brand shows up where it matters, and your team has more clarity on what they're doing and where they need to be. Let's dive in. 👇
This month’s highlight

Forms got better
When we launched Forms last month, we knew there was more to build. This month's updates make Forms work better for both you and the schools filling them out.
Instructions in form templates You can now add instructions to any form template. They show up at the top of every form created from that template, so schools know exactly what to do before they start. No more answering the same questions over email.
Configurable attachments Set attachments as required in the form template. If you require attachments, schools can't submit without uploading at least one file. Every form built from that template follows the same rule.
Assign an employee to each form When a school replies to the form email, it goes to that employee directly. When a school submits the form, that employee gets notified right away. The right person sees it first, every time.
Form permissions You decide who on your team can view submissions and who can create or edit form templates.
More updates

Save button shows only when needed The save button now appears only when you make changes on a page. If you undo your edits, it disables again. No more guessing whether you have unsaved changes.
Add contacts from events No more jumping between pages to add a coach or principal. When you're working on an event, you can add a new contact right there. The contact gets created under the account and added to the event in one step.
Calendar invites show roles Google and Outlook calendar event descriptions now list each assigned employee with their role next to their name. Your photographer sees they're the lead, not just another name on the invite.
Studio logo upload Upload your studio logo in your Organization settings and it shows up on form headers when schools submit data. Your brand stays in front of them throughout the process.
Better CSV downloads for events Event CSV downloads now include event dates and due status. Times are converted to your local timezone, so the data actually makes sense when you open it.
Auto-complete events If an event's end date passes and there are no tasks left, the system marks it complete automatically. No more manually closing out events.
Account name in note emails When someone tags you in a note, the email now shows which account it belongs to. Before, you had to click the link, open the app, and then figure out the context. Now it's right there in the email.
Templates sorted alphabetically All your template setup pages now sort templates by name. Easier to find what you need.
Custom address names Address fields now support custom names for different buildings or venues at a school, like "Main Gym" or "Auditorium," so your photographers know exactly where to go.
Add events from calendar page The "Add" button now shows on the calendar view, same as the table view. Add events from wherever you're working.
Bugs Fixed

Reassigning a task now sends notifications When you reassign a task, the system sends the email and app notification right away to the person you assigned it to. Before, the alert wasn't going out properly.
More details section hides when empty The "More details" section now hides on accounts, contacts, employees, events, and tasks pages when there are no custom fields defined in the respective templates. No more empty sections cluttering the page.
Loading indicator on notes Notes now show a loading spinner while saving or updating. This stops you from clicking save multiple times, which was slowing things down.
